Return Policy – You may return any unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packaging slip within 10 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for ALL unopened and unused merchandise that is returned to us later than 10 days of receipt.
Any shipping cost you incur to return products back to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare; Haircare or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

All returns must be shipped back using a traceable courier, UPS, Fedex, USPS.

Samples - We our proud of our sample program, we are one of the first to provide it for our customer online since 1999. It helps customers feel more comfortable to try our products first before they make the investment .With our sample program you get a choice of 4 samples and there is a $10.00 shipping and handling fee. With every order you can get up to 3 samples complementary, just add what samples you want into the sample box when you are checking out. We can make samples of just about everything we carry beside some make up items.
Order Fulfillment - If you process your order Monday-Friday before 1:00 pm EST, it should be sent out that day or by the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Mondays. Any item that is on backordered or out of stock you will get a phone call or email letting you know, and an estimated time that you will receive it.
Damaged/Defective Claims - In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please e-mail us immediately at Katherine@rarecosmetics.com or call 1-800-555-8082.
We will gladly issue you a RA# for your item, which will be mailed.
Once the return label is received you can ship back the defective/ damaged item. Once received and reviewed one of our customer service representative will be in contact to resolve the issue. Please return item along with receipt confirmation. Please allow 7-14 business days for a refund and/or replacement item to be issued
Online Orders – Orders that are placed via internet are automatically charged to your payment provider that you purchase with. Any products that are Back Ordered or Out of Stock we will call or email you to let you know how long it will be before you will receive it.
